He played both college and professional baseball and has been able to use these experiences in developing relationships throughout many different business sectors. Jake graduated from the Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration. He co-developed several start-up businesses along with being in senior level positions with Fortune 500 companies. He has combined his experience as an entrepreneur and sales executive into his dealings within real estate projects. Most of Jake’s focus has been in public/private partnerships bringing new economic impact opportunities to communities through commercial development. Jake enjoys spending time with his family along the Florida Gulf Coast and traveling to see his children’s events/competitions.
